return a product with wrong description
I purchased a product with wrong description and is a couple days past the 30-day return policy, is there anything I can do? The seller is telling me he won't accept and for some reason I cannot dispute outcome?

The 30 days starts from the delivery confirmation date. If you are outside that then you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source, PayPal, credit card, etc.
