Return a bought item with no printer

Hi there,

Just got stung for 2 lots of postage as it turns out there was no option to obtain a QR code for printerless option. Added to that, there was no option to amend the return postage option or cancel the return and re-doing it.

Can anyone advise how to check there is a printerless return option before buying an item?

Unless the seller is providing their own return label, which few do, the ebay return system always gives you the option to use a QR code.
