Return
I sold an item for $250, and sent the item to the buyer and and it was antique lights and the box was marked fragile and the glass glove was broken when arrived so the buyer asked for a refund and I offered a $150 refund and then the buyer says he’s keeping the item. So am I screwed over this? Is there anything I can do?

Mentor2 years agoYour choice was whether you want the item back before refunding in full or not, or to offer a partial refund to offset the damage. Since you made the partial refund offer and set the amount, now it is the buyer's choice whether to accept it and keep the item, or return it for a full refund.

You should have told the buyer to file an Ebay Return Request so they could return the item for a full refund after you received the returned item.
If you have already issued the partial refund, there is nothing you can do.
