Return
I sold a vintage pellet gun… I have a no return policy… They have had it for two weeks contact me today and said it doesn’t fire. I said I didn’t know it didn’t fire which is being truthful and I said ship it back and I’ll refund you and I doing the right thing because I keep thinking did they break the gun did they take apart out of it ? I want to have integrity in my selling, but I don’t want to be scammed either.

Buyers have 30 days (after receiving the item) to file a return request. Waiting two weeks to contact you isn't out of the ordinary.
Most of your 'pellet pistols/rifles' are listed as New (Other) ... so they are expected to work.
What you need to do is accept the return AND provide buyer with a prepaid shipping label if you want the item back before issuing a refund. If it's one of your cheaper guns ... you may not want to waste the money for a return ... so you can just refund the buyer without paying to have it returned.
