I want to cxl my last sale. I have read all articles I need and its not allowing me,,, I nee a phone number or email to ask for assistance

@lunkerc2005 You said you want to cancel a sale. I don't know if you are the buyer or the seller.

Only the seller can cancel the sale. If you are the seller you select cancel the from the drop down menu next to the sold item.

If the buyer has paid then a refund will need to be issued. Here's how refunds work and a link to contact eBay customer service.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.

Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.

Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then your account will balance out again.

You will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance if you have any problems with the refund process.
