My buyer started a return and requested a return. The reason they gave was that they ordered by mistake. They actually made an offer for the item and I accepted so how did they order by mistake? It says Ebay approved the return too so I guess I have to? This is the second time someone has returned as ordered by mistake when they are the ones that made an Offer! Just wondering if that makes sense. Thank you
