The buyer complained immediately about item that it smelled of smoke, ps2 bundle & 12 games listing says smoking household. Next said 1/2 games dont work... couple hours later said only 2 dont work. Now says 12 dont work and cord is broken . Games worked last i tried them before listing, they said they are ALL scratched. Listing said a few may have scratches but i know most were like new Then said a bandaid was wrapped around cord. Will ebay make me refund? Im. Afraid theyll mess system and games up before returning if im made to accept I already used money to pay bills and feel like im about to be screwed. They Wont pay return shipping or accepr partial refund

Mentor3 years agoYes, eBay will make you accept the return, or worse, will refund from your money and not require return. You are responsible for the return shipping.
Send the buyer a polite message asking them to open a return request so you can provide a return shipping label. Tell them nicely that you are sorry that they are not fully satisfied with their purchase.
Do not refund until returned. You can set up a credit card as your preferred method for seller costs, so the refund will go to your card, so you have more time to pay for it. Set your card preference here - https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
