I want to return an item but it doesn't show in my history. I disputed the charge with the credit card company hoping the seller would contact me. I got a letter with the order and instructions to go online to start a return.
But it does not show the order on line. How do I contact a seller to get this return done before the 60 day deadline? Thank you

By opening a case with your credit card company, you eliminated the option for any help from eBay or the seller.
Any communication you need or want will have to be through the CCC.
How long ago did you make the purchase? eBay buyer protection is only for 30 days.
