I want to return a part they said it has to be in the original packaging and not used but I had plugged it in that is how I found out it was bad and I lost original package im supposed to pay for return so I went to return and told them I would like to return the item they said return it they will check it out that they never had no problem with their products but than I try to message them back with a question and they blocked me from being able to message them so now what do I do I can't message them with a tracking number or about a question I had with the product now I'm afraid to ship it back with me being blocked

Mentor3 years agoIt sounds like you were going to do the return outside of ebay.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
