The seller offered me a partial refund because I did not fully send the product, I have not received the refund!
I live outside the United States, I have paid extra for shipping to my country, now the solution they gave me is that I must return the item. The seller offered me a partial refund and I accepted, however he has not refunded me. I need help.
Help me please. Thank you

Did you make a typo when explaining the problem ... as I don't really understand what happened?
Did you open a return request? If you did ... what reason did you choose for wanting to return it?
When a seller offers a partial refund ... that means the buyer is allowed to keep the item, which is why I'm not clear on what happened.
If the item was 'not as described' when you received it ... then the seller is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping, and the buyer is given a FULL refund when the seller receives the item back.
Could you please explain what has happened so far so that we can offer you good advice?

OP3 years agoThe fact is that I live outside the United States and I already paid for shipping to my country and paying again to the United States is very expensive, 4 items appeared in the description and they only sent me 2. In addition, the claim platform did not allow me gave another option, but just forward! Now the seller offered me a partial refund without me resending the items from my country!

Did you receive a notification from eBay that a partial refund was issued? If you did ... it usually takes only 48 hours for eBay to process the refund. The rest of the time is taken by the buyer's credit card company to process the refund on their end.
Were you satisfied with the partial refund? If not ... you may still be able to request a FULL refund, but you must be willing to return whatever items you received. The seller is responsible for paying the return shipping.

I sent to a package handling company, because I buy in several places and they consolidate my purchases there

OP3 years agoYes, I received it from ebay, but I haven't received a partial refund from the seller!

If you're saying that you received a notification from eBay that a refund was issued ... it can take up to a month to see it on your credit card account ... depending on how long it takes for your bank to process a refund.
If you don't see the refund within a month ... you can phone your CC company and request a chargeback for the amount you agreed to.
