RETURN
I have order my last Item from eBay. What I order was shipped from California. To return it goes to China. That's almost a $150.00 or more to return it. A small battery and charger, Don't weigh a pound.

Mentor3 years agoThis is exactly why I do not buy anything from sellers in China. You not only have to look at the listing, but at their feedback page for the seller's location.

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
