Buyers can't cancel orders, only sellers can. And if the item has been shipped (based on the tracking # you posted to the transaction, it's too late to cancel.).
If the buyer wants to return the item once he receives it, he can open a return based on your return policy and the Money Back Guarantee. In that event, if you want the item back, you would accept the return and wait to refund until it arrives to you.
