I want to know why ebay let this seller not pay me my money back when I sent him the item i bought back because a piece was missing to the item?? The guy asked ebay to "handle it" because i sent it back the last day to be sent back because I had issues with my car and I have to drive 30 min away to get to a ups right. So they said that the seller doesnt have to give me a refund because of this? And the case was closed so I cant appeal it?? How is this fair?? [What] did I do wrong to not recieve my money back? And you cant call anyone- ebay wont let you call and say something, oh no. I want to delete my account i am so mad- if you buy something- return it the way it was- you SHOULD RECIEVE YOUR MONEY YOU PAID FOR BACK!!! ebay used to be good now it sucks its not how it used to be. So many scammers and they let people get away with it. I am fumming mad right now. Cant appeal it..
