hello
i want help in return matter ,because buyer is wrong about description ,all things are mentioned in photos and description he just say product not as described . and reson he gave is wrong every thind is mentioned .now what should i do?please help

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer files a Returns Request and states Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds, not require that the buyer return the item, and a defect will be recorded on your account for an unresolved transaction. Accept the return, and when you get it back, just relist the item.
