I shipped a package to be returned and the USPS has lost the shipment. It has been weeks now and I still have not received my refund. I don’t understand why at this point. The seller is guaranteed to receive the return or the insurance related to the return. I had EBay step in and now the resolution date has been moved again. Can someone please help with this matter.
