I was sent the wrong product, nothing like what was posted for sale, I contacted them they wanted to give 20% of the cost I said no I will send it back for a full refund, i sent it back , no refund and they are gone from ebay, and it doesn't show up in my purchases so it is hard to get a hold of anyone at ebay to talk to, I have a vd number and item number from seller and there ebay name, any help would be appreciated on how to actually talk to a person, thankyou

Mentor4 months agoDid you file a Return Request and if so, did you use the return shipping label that would have been provided?
Does tracking indicate that the returned item has been delivered to the seller?
