Can’t get seller to send me a return shipping label for an item that did not fit my truck correctly. After starting a return request through eBay I was told to go to local carrier and send it back. But I do not feel I should pay for the return shipping because item didn’t fit and the seller said it would how do I get a shipping label from seller?

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
