Hello, I was provided a label and given the option to print it out, however, I am unable to print the label. It will not even allow me to open it up and see the label. It keeps saying it's their fault. Please help

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account before using the link to print the label in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open in a private or incognito browser window.
