I’m trying to return an item that didn’t fit. Seller said it did. I tried to return it at the post office, but couldn’t print out the return. eBay wouldn’t send to my email. I closed the return thinking that I could start another return. 2 days later I can’t get in-touch with eBay. I don’t want to lose money on something that was the wrong part

·4 months ago“Didn’t fit” is considered a remorse return on eBay, and if the seller has a no returns policy, they can refuse to accept the return.
Once a return is closed, it can’t be reopened. Ever.

- was it not the same item showed in the listing, or did they send a different item
