Return ??
Trying to return a "new" item that is Defective..... Item does not do what it is designed to do.... In the Return process, I fill out the form and all is good until I get to the
Add files (0/10)
"Files are required for this return.
- Add file
Continue"
portion of the process.... it does NOT tell me what FILES are required, and I cannot "Continue" without them....
I'm new to EBAY...... What do I do now ? Thanks for help
