Is anyone out there having issues with buyers returning clothing because it doesn’t fit. I had a customer that received my gown on the 21st but didn’t request a return until the 24th. It makes me wonder if she wore the gown and now is returning it.

Mentor5 months agoBuyers have up to 30 days from receipt of the item in order to file a returns request. Doesn't fit is considered a remorse reason. If you have a No Returns policy, you can decline the return. If you have 14 or 30 day return policy, you accept returns for any reason.
