How to return a purchase made as a guest rather than using my account. I cannot do it from my account now bc the item is not listed in the purchase section

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account; for help with a guest order you must first sign out of your existing eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email that you received from eBay regarding the guest order, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
