ebay customer did request refund because they said in spanish never received package...that's fine I refunded immediately now I have no package to resale and out the price of goods, $100.

If the tracking shows the package has not been delivered, file a claim with the carrier.
If tracking shows delivered, you should not have refunded - you should have gently advised the buyer to contact the carrier.

OP4 months agoI was in the hospital with congestive Heart Failure
Customer was buying it for his friend in Puerto Rico...I had to leave my hospital bed to mail an extremely heavy box...no compassion from buyer.
