Mentor4 months agoDid the buyer file a returns request for Items Not as Described? You accepted the return, and that is what you got back? If so, and you are a top rated seller with 30 day returns, or an above standard seller with free returns, you can withhold up to 50% of the refund because the items were returned in a different condition, devaluing the items.
