Hello,
I opened a PayPal dispute earlier but canceled it. Because of that, eBay is not allowing me to open a return request for this order.
The item arrived damaged and I need to return it to the seller.
Could you please help enable the return request or open a return case for me?

I'm sorry that happened.
Once you open a PayPal dispute, eBay can't assist you.
I don't know if you can reopen your paypal dispute?
Or if paypal charged your card, can you open a dispute there?
