I purchased a software from Trendy Stores and it does not work. I contacted the seller but they didn't respond and when I tried to contact ebay, somehow, the order number did not exist even though it showed up under "my purchases". I would like to take my case with ebay so that I can get a refund on a defective listing, where ebay states that it guarantees the purchase.
Even if I didn't get a refund, I would like a review to avoid other shoppers from buying scam item.
