Buyer is claiming that, the crossbody phone case they purchased, is different from the photos. They sent their photos for comparison. The only difference is the lighting. They have less lighting.

This comes up quite often due to how colors appear on different device screens versus in person.

Almost all transactions on eBay are covered by the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.

If the Buyer opened an Item Not as Described refund request, even if it's not true, you would only have three business days to respond by accepting the return or sending a refund. By accepting the return, eBay should send the Buyer a prepaid return label from you.

Once the item is returned, you would need to refund in full. If the returned item is exactly as described, report the Buyer for misuse of the Money Back Guarantee.

Keep in mind that you only have three business days to respond to the case.
