I accidentally sent wrong item to buyer. Already refunded him, and now I have to initiate a return to me at my expense, how do I do that? Never had this issue before. Thank you

Mentor7 months agoIf you fully refunded the seller, that means you do not want the item returned. If you had wanted the item returned, you would have accepted the return, a prepaid shipping label would have been provided to the buyer, and once the item was received back to you, you would then refund the buyer. However, that label can no longer be provided through ebay because you have already refunded the buyer. If you do want the item returned, you will need to contact the buyer, and let the buyer know you want the item back. You can use Pirateship.com to print the shipping label and send it to your buyer.
