Return
They wouldn’t let me sell my boots. They told me that they’re gonna send me my boots back to me where the **bleep** is my boots at? I never received my boots back. I will be pressing charges if I don’t have my mother**bleep**ing boots by Tuesday 2/3/26

If you are the Seller of the boots and they are being returned then you will have to wait to see if they are returned within the eBay return claim's time period. If they aren't then you go back to the claim and ask eBay to sept in.
If you are the Buyer then Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
You can report a Seller here: Report an issue with a seller | eBay
If you cannot rely on the boots to arrive when you need them then you might have to purchase something locally so you have what you need when you need them.
