The buyer received the item for several days later due to USPS delay, before she opened a case as not receive the item and the ebay did a refund but the tracking number updated and the item was delivered. But ebay refused to get my money back. Now I don't have money and item, what I can do?

@123-reut If you refunded the buyer willingly from the refund request case and the item later arrived you should qualify for seller protection.

You do have to ship within your stated handling time AND use an eBay shipping label.

If you don't qualify for seller protection then your only option is to message the buyer and say something like " I see that your item finally arrived, I hope you are enjoying it. Sorry that there was USPS delay.

I'd appreciate if you would send payment for the item, please deduct X amount for your trouble" ( partial payment is better than none)

The buyer will have to send the $ electronically using a PayPal, Venmo, etc, OR they can snail mail you a check. You are allowed to share contact info after a recent sale.
