Return!
Why should I have to pay out of my own money if the return is happening due to the buyer’s fault? What do I have to do with this return at all? If the order needs to be canceled, I’m willing to cancel it, but why should I have to spend my own money to do so?

You would benefit from understanding that Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of the receipt. Despite the No returns policy you use eBay has a number of reasons that bypass that policy and force Sellers to pay for a return shipping label and then refund within 2 days once you have the item back. eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
The no returns policy is the default policy on eBay listing tools and sends the wrong message to both Sellers and Buyers. We have some sellers coming here thinking they are immune from an item being returned and we are sure Buyers pass up items where a Seller uses the No returns accepted policy, not realizing that in a number situations they can return the item on the Seller's dime.
In certain situations some or all of the Seller protections may apply, you can read about those here:
Seller protections | eBay
On the return claim you have the option to simply Refund the Buyer through the claim and they can keep the item or accept the return, get the item back and resell it to try and cut your loss. Selling online is Retail sales and returns happen.
For myself I have been offering 30 day Free Returns since they started offering that option and returns have been a very low percentage of my sales.
