The seller, Baba, sent a fake and non-previously-used product. We shop comfortably on eBay because we trust it, and no one has contacted me. Why do you want to return the item? How you can do that will depend on your answer. If the item was not as described or arrived damaged did you file a dispute for it, or just contact the seller? If you filed a dispute it should show up on your My ebay page under a Returns header. Clicking on that should tell you when you can ask eBay to step in if the seller has not responded.

If you have not received the item, you will have to wait until the last estimated delivery date has passed by one day, before you can file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute. The last estimated date can be found by clicking on the Order details button in your purchase history.
