Mentor8 months ago@pineapple817 It depends... have they issued a refund yet? If yes then it's up to the seller to send you a return label in eBay messages if they want the item back.
If they have NOT issued the required return label then you Ask eBay to Step in and Help on the 4th business day. eBay will then force a refund or make the seller issue a return shipping label.
Once tracking that is in the case shows delivery back to the seller has 2 business days to refund you, if they don't then ask eBay to step in.
