I have a buyer that purchased an item over two months ago and now wants to return for a refund saying that it was damaged in transit. I find it odd it took so long to contact me. She said she was ill. First complained the item was not signed which it is and claims a rhinestone fell off during shipping. Any advise?

Mentor8 months agoYou can let the buyer know that ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt, and since it has been over 2 months, there is no way you can refund her.
