This is the email I have sent to the seller. They have not response to me yet.
"Hi There,
The shoes size you sent me are actually as big as size 5 in the US, that's why it did not fitted me with the gap of 1 1/2 cm bigger, there is impossible for me to use the band-aid on the back of the shoes. In addition, Others seller has the same shoes as your with the price as low as $32.74 US only. So, if you reconsider, please send me another pair of size 4 I really appreciate with your business."

Sorry I have had not reply the mail because I have taken care my husband surgery issues.
The shoes size which the seller listed is one full size smaller on the physical shoes.
I have checked the fee for returning the shoes, It will cost $79 US dollars. That's means, the total is around $149.00 US dollars for the shoes. Not to mention, they might get lost on the mail.
Anyhow, I am begging your community helps me out by reach out the seller, either give me some discount. or send me another fit size shoes. In addition, I saw some others seller have the half price cheaper than this seller.
Please reconsider on my situation.

Mentor7 months agoIf you file a return request with the reason doesn't match pictures or description then seller has to pay return shipping. You have only 30 days from the date of delivery to file the return request so don't delay.
This is how returns to other countries works>>
The seller will not be able to provide a valid return label since they are located in another country. If the seller shipped from the US they are not allowed to require a return to another country even for buyers remorse returns. Sellers are required to pay return shipping for not as described items no matter where they are located.

The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
Ask eBay to Step In from the case after 4 business days if the seller has not refunded or sent the money to your PayPal account to pay return shipping> https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-step-help-buyers?id=4701&st=
The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account OR refunding you without a return of the item. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned even if an agent says to do this as eBay can not force a refund from the seller for more than the original sale price.
eBay may place the case on hold for 5 days if the seller chooses the PayPal option.
99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item once you involve customer service.

For example the listing said size 5 and the seller sent size 5 shoes.

OP8 months agoYes, they did sent the right size as stated. But the physically the shoes look bigger there number. Beside, it will cost me of $79.00 to return to China. I'm just hopping any help from your eBay.

eBay considers "doesn't fit" a buyer remorse return and the seller can deny the return. They can choose to accept the return but the buyer pays return shipping
