return
Why don't you listen to the seller at all and only believe what the buyer says, use it for a month, and then return it because it's fake? Is that normal?

This is not eBay, we are volunteer Buyers and Sellers supporting others using the platform. You are welcome to share more details if you want.
Here is one of the realities of selling on eBay. You do not offer returns when in fact eBay has numerous reasons a Buyer can select for a return forcing a Seller to pay the return shipping and refund within 2 days of getting the item back. No returns does not mean no refunds and if you decline a return request the Buyer can ask eBay to step in and force the refund plus keep the item.
You sold 2 golf items. If you are a golfer then you know that if a Buyer uses a club and it does not perform well they won't want it in their bag, even if the fault lies with the fact that they are a bad golfer, they blame the club and want nothing to do with it.
Depending on the return reason some Seller protections may apply: Seller protections | eBay
