I had no idea that I could print a return label. So, I took my item to the post office and paid 38.00 which included insurance, now I get a shipping label to print?
I received a message to go ahead and return it, and let the seller know when to expect it. To me that implies I am to take it to the Post Office and pay for shipping. Is there any way to get the return shipping reimbursed, since it was supposed to be covered?
