I bought a tv part from eBay as a guest and it arrived but unfortunately the part was defective and the tv technician said it’s not for this and he gave a written paper. I’m trying to contact eBay or return for a refund but unfortunately the eBay system won’t allow to do that. It’s says error it’s not you it’s us try again later.
