I returned a defective pool pump - motor. Unfortunately I never did an EBay return before and didn't know that I had to do the return with Fed Ex shipping. I mistakenly shipped it UPS and paid out of pocket. The seller has the item but says he can't reimburse me becasue I didn't go through the Fed Ex. shipping. I am very frustrated!!!
