I am a seller, a buyer, returned an item i sold. My item was sent to my prior address. Now, the buyer will be recieving the package again. How can i resolve this without getting a negative feedback? I am a good seller and i am worried that the buyer will leave negative feedback. Can anyone help me with this?

I have changed my primary selling address but ebay still has me as selling from my old town. It has been 5 years now .
