I have a return.
My seller didn't mark the label in ebay as hazardous, so the pre-printed label did not work to ship the product back. I shipped it at my own cost to the seller returning it. (Messaged them the tracking immediately.) Now, they aren't processing my refund and acting like they didn't get it because I didn't use the pre-paid return label.
There is no way to contact ebay because it forces you to go to a print label page, which I've printed the label 5 times. I can't ship it with that label so printing it does nothing.

See if you can upload the tracking number for the label you used to the case

If that doesn't work:
eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. However, you can have eBay call you, here
