Mentor1 year ago@dollarsand88 Can you get someone to help you with the photos? The seller needs to the photos to file an insurance claim. Reshipping voids the postal insurance. USPS also requires the package receiver to take the package into a local post office to verify the damage before they pay a claim, I understand that this is an inconvenience.
After you file the return request the seller issues a refund OR a return label from the case.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. Or arrived damaged.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
