I had been working on a return with a live agent. I was told to call back to a live agent when the item was returned. I can’t get thru/ past the AI. The phone numbers I have won’t work. Is there another number where I can directly speak to a live agent? Thanks.

Ebay Customer Service does not have a direct phone line because the agents are each working in different locations.
