Ebay said I should return an item I bought from a private seller for a refund. They said they would issue a refund 5 to 7 business days after they rec'd it. I checked tracking # (DHL) & it was rec'd but I haven' t heard anything yet.
What is a ebay customer service phone number I can phone to talk to someone to get an update?
