·1 year agoIt depends on the reason for the return. If it’s because the item doesn’t match what the description said in some way (doesn’t work the way it was supposed to, broken item, wrong item received), you can’ open an item not as described case with eBay to return it for a full refund.
If the reason is something like don’t like it, changed your mind, doesn’t fit, etc., you can try to resell the item yourself on eBay.
