Please tell me the answer to this question: I sold a specific thing, this is a detail, knowing the various risks, I indicated in the ad that the return of the goods is not possible. The buyer decided to return the product, and EBay approved the return and now I have to return the money. This is right?

Mentor3 years agoDid the buyer file an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED return? If so and you want the item back, you accept the return, otherwise your "no returns" just means you do not want the item back and ebay will refund without requiring a return.
