when some one returns something because they have changed their mind, do you have to refund them the postage for sending the item to them aswell as the cost of the item?

Mentor3 years agoNo, on remorse returns you refund only the amount of the item. If you sold the item with free shipping, you can not deduct the original shipping from the item price.
