a buyer bought a pair of brand new boots in box. He said its not as described and didn't supply photos. I got the return it was one boot in a different box. He said that how he got it. I don't want to refund him but eBay is insisting and I did report a buyer and they didn't even ask for pictures. How do you talk to a person, The boots were 100 dollars.
