I purchased this item by mistake and I canceled right away and the saler he ignored my message and he shipped it instead of canceling it so I'm not sure what to do now I don't need it
I called ebay they said wite till you receive the item n then we make the saler pay for the shipping back because it's not my problem.

You thought that leaving the seller negative feedback (for your mistake) would be helpful to you some how? [It likely will only hurt you with other sellers who check the feedback buyers have left for previous sellers when an offer is made.]
The seller offers '30 day returns' ... so you should be able to return the item at your expense for a refund.
BTW, the 'advice' you received from the CS rep is just plain wrong. Buyers are only able to 'request' cancellations. We aren't entitled to cancel.

Mentor2 years ago@amelesho Sorry but CS kind of over stepped the site rules in saying that the seller is responsible for this.
A seller is not required to cancel an order no matter how soon you ask.
"If you want to cancel an order, you'll need to contact the seller and ask if they can cancel it for you. The seller can either accept or decline your cancellation request."

If the seller declines your cancellation request, or if they've already shipped your item, you'll need to wait until you receive the item and then start a return request. If your order wasn't canceled, or you're waiting for a refund and the order is past the estimated delivery date, you can report that the item hasn't arrived.
The sellers return policy will apply. So if they have a no returns policy you might want to ask nicely if they will accept the return IF you pay return shipping. A seller is not required to accept a buyers remorse return, which this is.
