I have never received a return before, until now. I accept returns at buyers expense for return shipping. I do not agree with the return as they say it was a color issue. The description states clearly the color and my pictures match the buyers' picture color. Would you give a partial refund or full? Thanks!

When you offer returns accepted, you accept all returns, the reason does not matter. The buyer could select ‘just don’t like it’ as the reason and you will accept the return (or refund without return).
The only time you can issue less than a full refund is if the item is returned in a different condition than when sold. Even then, you must meet other conditions - either be top rated or offer free returns.
